Pulse

Pulse is a web tool for managing and projecting small-business cash flow. Users enter one-time or recurring income and expenses, revise earlier transactions, and switch items on or off to model changes to the bottom line. Views can be weekly, monthly, or set to a custom date range, with grouping by category, customer, or project. QuickBooks Online synchronization brings in transactions and supports comparisons between actual cash flow and projections. Collaborators can manage the cash flow, while investors can receive read-only projection access. Proposals, invoices, and contracts may be attached to transactions, and data can be exported to CSV. Pulse is intended for agencies, service providers, restaurants, manufacturers, retailers, contractors, and freelancers. It runs on the web and does not synchronize with banks. Monthly plans are Pulse Basics at $29 a month for one financial account, Small Business Plan at 59.00 USD for five, and Unlock Extra Features at 89.00 USD for unlimited accounts. New accounts receive a 30-day trial; there is no free plan.
