In their own words
ICPExplorer
ICPExplorer is stand-alone software for building and owning an Ideal Customer Profile database. Users define profiles by industry, company size, technology, and growth signals, then enrich company records with size, tech stack, funding, and growth indicators. Signal-based scoring explains why an account fits. A demo can generate similar companies from one URL and score them by industry, size, and technology. CSV export is available, while the demo provides a five-row export and a copy-top-five option. The local, no-signup demo uses synthetic data and is limited to 20 rows and three sessions per day. Starter is free with 25 enrichments, one ICP, and CSV export. Growth costs €490, paid once, includes the first-year SLA, and offers optional renewal at €120/year. Enterprise / Agency pricing is custom, with higher limits, multi-seat use, on-prem options, and optional CRM sync. The perpetual license continues without renewal, but new updates require an active SLA.
Telepath
Telepath helps B2B SaaS and FinTech teams using HubSpot identify patterns in won business and assess open deals against them. Its free ICP Analysis Report reviews uploaded closed-won deals and returns customer segments, win patterns, recommendations, and a data quality audit. The T-Score rates an open deal from 0 to 100 for similarity to historical wins; deals with too little data remain unscored. Reader connects to HubSpot with read-only access by default and syncs every 24 hours. It scores up to 250 recently created open deals per sync and includes the /telepath-focus Slack command. Vision raises the limit to 1,000 deals per sync and adds rep coaching and priority support. Oracle supports uncapped open deals, custom integrations, API access, and a named account manager. Paid plans can add external firmographic data, including technographics, headcount bands, and funding stage. The maker says Pro works best with at least 50 closed-won deals, though fewer can still offer directional insights. Reader is £500/month, Vision £1,500/month, and Oracle £3,000/month; there is no free trial.
