Ideanote is an innovation workspace for collecting, developing, managing and acting on ideas. Teams can launch goal-driven collections, create forms with conditional fields and collect submissions through embeddable widgets. Its AI features generate, analyze, enrich, route, link, merge, score, tag and translate ideas. Workflow automation and reporting support measurement of innovation impact. Listed connections include Zapier, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Power BI, webhooks, custom code, a public API, an email idea inbox and Splunk. Ideanote runs on web, Android and iOS, and offers self-managed on-premise installations. The company says it is SOC 2 Type II certified and encrypts data at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher. It says customer content is not used to train AI models, prompts and completions are not retained, and AI features can be limited or disabled. The Free plan is billed forever but limits users, ideas, collections, teams, automation runs and AI credits, and excludes some security features. Paid plans start at $6 a year, billed per user monthly on an annual basis.
