IEP Evolve
IEP Evolve is a web-based special education solution for creating, updating, saving and printing Individual Education Plans. It also supports Identification, Placement and Review Committee workflows, forms and letters. Teachers, principals and school boards connect through individual accounts with permissions based on role and school association. IEP content includes strengths and needs, accommodations, curriculum modifications, assessment accommodations, staff, services and consultation records. IPRC workflows cover committee members, meeting dates, documents considered, identification, placement and remedial programs. Boards can reorder, rename or remove workflow sections and add custom workflows or updates. The vendor says configurable validation and user messages support Ministry-compliant data capture and compliance status reports. Evolve can integrate in real time with student information systems; its FAQ names Trillium and most alternate systems. Data exchange includes student, staff and school information, with exports back to the student management system. The vendor says data transmissions are encrypted. Access requires an internet connection and login credentials. Pricing is on request.
