Rational Governance

Rational Governance is an enterprise platform for managing unstructured data where it already resides. It combines file analysis, records management, compliance, privacy, security, and discovery response with initial scans and full ingestion into a unified text and metadata index. Search draws on machine-learning output, regular expressions, text operators, metadata recognition, statistical sampling, and visualizations; the platform also includes supervised classification and unsupervised clustering. Administrators can automate preservation, collection, retention, deletion, movement, copying, monitoring, and alerts. Permissions govern access, and actions and system health checks can be audited and reported. Rational Governance runs behind a company firewall or on Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Microsoft Azure, with encryption in transit and at rest, SAML 2.0, OAuth, and jurisdictional storage. It integrates with Rational Review and exports standard load-file formats. Pricing is on request; listed pricing approaches include data-volume, user, fixed-fee, and project-based.
