FieldCollab is a mobile reporting app that collects data offline and syncs it when connectivity returns. The service runs on Android, iOS, and the web. impactID describes security measures including encryption, permissions, activity logs, audits, monitoring, and encrypted backups, and says it complies with GDPR. Start is hosted in Dutch and German data centres. Start costs €9 per month after the first free month, excluding VAT, with monthly cancellation and no minimum term. It includes one web user and three field users; donations incur an 8.25% platform fee plus payment provider costs.

SIA MIS is a monitoring and evaluation platform for NGOs and corporate social responsibility teams to manage projects, track progress, measure impact and report results. It organizes results chains, indicators, baselines and targets, with KPI dashboards, trend charts, exception alerts and maps showing district- and state-level coverage. Beneficiary profiles support journey tracking, custom fields, disaggregation, search, deduplication and Aadhaar-linked verification support. Mobile forms can collect data offline and sync automatically when connected. Reporting includes FCRA, CSR, bilateral and quarterly MIS templates, with PDF export, shareable links and scheduled delivery. The site describes AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access and audit logs, and says the platform meets India data-localisation requirements. It also states that organizations retain ownership of uploaded project data and that the company does not sell or rent it. SIA MIS runs on Android, iOS and web, and is built by tanX Innovations. The Demo Free plan covers one project for six months. Basic costs ₹49,999 per year for up to five projects; Premium costs ₹120,000 per year for up to ten.
