Proc7 manages the procure-to-pay process, from purchase requisition through invoice payment. It combines purchase orders, supplier management, catalogs, invoice handling, and approval workflows. Supplier tools cover onboarding, risk assessments, performance scorecards, questionnaires, and sustainability metrics. Through a supplier portal, suppliers can view orders, submit invoices, send advance shipping notices, acknowledge orders, and update estimated arrival times. Catalog support includes internal catalogs, supplier price sheets, tiered pricing, and cXML punchout. Proc7 matches invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts, with automatic UK VAT, EU VAT, and US Sales Tax calculation. Approval workflows allow custom thresholds, escalations, and versioned definitions. The service runs on the web and through an API. Starter costs $99 a month, Growth $399 a month, and Scale $1,199 a month. Each plan includes a 14-day free trial, and Proc7 says no credit card is required to start.
