In their own words
Infinite Campus
Infinite Campus is a K–12 student information system for districts, with more than 1,500 tools. It covers attendance, grades, parent access, fees, enrollment, and transport management, and can be used alongside learning management, food service, communications, registration, payments, dropout prevention, and activity tools through one login. Campus Parent gives families access to grades, assignments, attendance, food service, announcements, fees, school stores, and activity registration. Campus Student provides grades and assignments; whether students can submit work depends on district offerings. The system runs on Android, iOS, and the web, and provides API options, reporting, and automated data extraction for integrations. Credentialed systems can retrieve roster and section data through OneRoster, plus assignments, grades, and scores when enabled; non-partner vendors cannot send data to Campus. Infinite Campus says it releases product updates 13 times a year at no additional cost. Pricing is on request.
TUIO
TUIO is a web platform for schools and childcare providers, combining billing, enrollment, student records, attendance, fundraising, and family communication. Tuition tools create automatic invoices, custom programs, payment plans, accounts-receivable workflows, and automated payments. Enrollment features include custom forms, digital waitlists, form fees, and family messaging. Digital student records support custom fields, exports, lists, and internal notes. Staff can record attendance manually or automatically, manage classes and schedules, and notify parents about absences or lateness. TUIO supports QuickBooks Online accounting through SaasAnt, using exported deposits and payouts for reconciliation. The company says two-factor authentication is mandatory, traffic and records are encrypted, and student and family data is hosted in Canada on AWS. Families pay schools directly; TUIO says it does not hold or forward funds. Professional costs $500 a year per physical location, billed annually.
