InfoNgen

InfoNgen is an enterprise text analytics, sentiment analysis, and semantic search product for finding insights in structured and unstructured data. It combines intelligent search, summaries, sentiment analysis, and real-time trend analysis. Its ChatGPT integration can generate summaries, market reports, answers, and extracted data from selected sources; the maker says responses and visualizations link to source documents and user-selected datasets. InfoNgen connects to OpenAI models through Microsoft Azure and provides controls over submitted data and analysis or query volume. It monitors over 200,000 web and social sources, including over 30,000 government and regulatory sources, and supports private and corporate repositories. Connectors cover cloud and on-premise storage, email, databases, corporate subscriptions, and paywall content. Searches cover 30 languages. Findings can be shared through email alerts, newsletters, intranet widgets, RSS, and API access. Deployment options are cloud, on-premise, and hybrid. The free version costs nothing and has limited functionality, including a customizable newsfeed and advanced sentiment analysis; other pricing is on request.
