Teams can download a date-locked trial balance as PDF or Excel, with taxes separated from revenue across rooms and outlets. Charge-routing rules assign nights, taxes, and extras to a guest, company, or group organizer, with reservation- or guest-level exceptions. Built-in Accounts Receivable supports invoice issuance through reconciliation; teams can also send reminder batches, produce company statements, pause reminders during disputes, and share reminder history. Shared settings and templates support consistent revenue categories and accounting mappings across properties.
