Delivery functions include route optimization, driver tracking, delivery photos and signatures, proof of delivery, returns, and exceptions. A B2B portal provides assigned catalogs and price lists, self-service ordering and reordering, online payment options, and a branded web and mobile experience. Listed connections include QuickBooks, NetSuite, Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP Business One, Odoo, Xero, Epicor, Siigo, Zoho Inventory, Fishbowl, and ShipStation; REST API, webhooks, and developer tools support approved custom projects. Starter App and Starter B2B Ecommerce each cost $200 a month and include three users; Pro costs $329 a month and Enterprise costs $429 a month. Additional app users cost $34.99/user/month. Orderwerks
Orderwerks is a B2B order management platform for distributors and manufacturers, combining sales ordering, a customer portal, browser-based management and delivery tools. Its native iOS and Android Sales App supports offline ordering, barcode scanning, customer-specific pricing and catalogs with more than 50,000 SKUs on device. The Web Portal manages orders, inventory, customers, pricing and reporting. Order management includes multichannel order capture, configurable approval workflows, real-time status, automated documents and returns handling. The maker lists integrations including QuickBooks, Xero, ShipStation, Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, Square, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Slack, Zapier, FastBound, Fishbowl and TaxJar. It says QuickBooks sync can cover orders, invoices, customers, products and inventory. The Web Portal + Sales App costs $60 a month, billed per user/month; the base subscription includes unlimited orders and has no transaction fees. Teams of five or more may receive volume pricing, while customer accounts are tiered by count. The B2B eCommerce Portal is a separately priced add-on. Orderwerks says most teams go live in two to four weeks, with onboarding that includes migration, configuration, training and go-live support.
