INSTANDA is a cloud-hosted, no-code insurance platform for creating products and administering policies. It supports quote-and-bind journeys for B2C, B2B and B2B2C channels, policy administration, customer self-service, payments and first-notice-of-loss claims administration. Insurers can configure products, question sets, ratings, documents and emails without changing core code. Policy workflows include automated renewals, out-of-sequence endorsements, straight-through application processing, referral rules and audit trails. Broker and customer journeys cover applications, policy changes, bill payment, document access and claim submission. The platform runs on Microsoft Azure with open APIs for third-party applications and data sources. Listed integrations include Salesforce, Microsoft, Okta, Xero, Stripe, DocuSign and ServiceNow.
