Intellio

Intellio is a web-based tuition management and financial operations platform for K-12 Jewish day schools, yeshivas, scholarship granting organizations, and donors. It builds contracts from grade rules and schedules payments for children or families. Families can pay by ACH or card, use auto-pay, and receive reminders when installments or late fees apply. Financial-aid tools handle grant formulas, award letters, family adjustments, and application-status tracking. SGO funding and scholarship awards can be recorded directly on student accounts. Reports cover revenue, delinquency aging, financial activity, SGO compliance, and donor impact. The Intellio Assistant answers plain-English questions with a number, chart, or export. Intellio lists general-ledger integration without naming an accounting product. It describes encrypted data, PCI-DSS-aligned payment processing, and FERPA/COPPA-aligned handling. Data import, billing setup, and aid configuration typically support launch within two to four weeks. Pricing is on request.
