Total Synergy
Total Synergy brings project management, project finances and analytics together for architecture and engineering practices. Its tools cover budgets and quotes, time and expense tracking, resource allocation, invoicing, project financials, reporting, revenue forecasting and document control. The platform also includes HR management, CRM and centralized email management. Listed accounting connections include Xero, Sage 50cloud, QuickBooks Online, MYOB AccountRight Live, Wiise and Business Central; collaboration options include Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Mail Manager and 12d Synergy. Other integrations include Zapier and services for HR, sales and recruiting. The company says its cloud service uses Microsoft Azure, geo-replicates customer data and stores backups, with point-in-time database restore for the previous 35 days.
