InvoiceGo
InvoiceGo is an iOS app combining estimates, invoices, client management, payroll, expense tracking and business reporting for contractors. Users describe jobs by text, voice or photos to create priced estimate drafts with labor and materials for review. The app can read PDF blueprints, measure quantities by trade and turn an approved takeoff into an estimate. Estimates become PDF invoices with deposits, late fees and recurring billing. Crew hours and rates produce payslips with tax-withholding calculations. Payments include Tap to Pay on iPhone in the United States and online links through Square or Stripe; processing is in USD. Appointments connect to estimates, and crew can clock in through web links and PINs. Data is stored locally first and syncs when connected, enabling offline estimates. AES-256 local encryption, isolated cloud accounts and CSV exports are listed. A free plan is available, with in-app purchases shown below.
