Overview

The central case for SaaSy is continuity from sale to delivery to payment: a closed-won deal can create a prefilled project, and a deal or project can become an invoice with a Stripe payment link. That can spare service teams from re-entering information at each step. SaaSy also covers finance, compliance, payroll, hiring, and documents, making it a broader operational choice than a health-scoring product alone.

Customer health scores range from 0 to 100 and use signals including product usage, support, payment behavior, and expansion patterns. Scores update automatically, and teams can use segments and risk alerts. Ask SaaSy takes plain-English questions and says its answers cite customer records, a useful grounding mechanism for account guidance.

Key features

Integrations include Stripe, Slack, Gmail, Microsoft 365, Google and Outlook calendar sync, Twilio, ADP, Gusto, BambooHR, Rippling, Plaid, webhooks, and API access. This is a practical spread across billing, communications, calendars, HR, and finance. HubSpot, Intercom, Salesforce, and Jira are marked as coming soon, so teams that depend on those connections should not treat them as present capabilities.

The desktop app syncs a computer folder with SaaSy and supports offline changes; it is included on every plan. On phones and tablets, the site can be installed as a web app on iPhone, iPad, and Android. Security and privacy provisions include AES-256 encryption for stored data, TLS 1.2 or higher for browser-to-server traffic, and database-level tenant isolation. SaaSy says it does not sell personal information or use customer data to train machine-learning models outside providing the service. Users can request access, correction, deletion, and machine-readable export; deleted customer data is purged within 30 days and backup copies within 90.

Pricing

There is no free plan, and the 14-day trial is the low-risk way to assess the service before paying. Starter costs 49.00 USD per month, billed monthly, with annual billing offered at a 20% saving. Its one business, three team seats, 1,000 CRM contacts, and 500 AI credits per month make it a modest starting point, not a roomy option for a growing team.

Growth costs 199.00 USD per month, billed monthly, with the same 20% annual-billing saving. It raises capacity to five businesses, 10 seats, 10,000 contacts, and 2,000 AI credits per month, and adds payroll, Slack alerts, and API access. It is the more plausible fit for a multi-person operation that needs those additions. Scale costs 399.00 USD per month, billed monthly, also with annual billing offered at a 20% saving; it removes business, contact, and seat caps, provides 5,000 AI credits per month, and adds advanced analytics, priority support, custom automations, and dedicated onboarding. That makes it the natural tier for larger teams, though its higher price only makes sense if they need the extra capacity and service.

Union & Labor Compliance is an add-on to Growth or Scale: 99.00 USD per month for up to 50 active members, or 249.00 USD per month for up to 250. For 250+ active members, the add-on has custom pricing. Payroll processing is priced at 294.00 USD per month after beta, with a base fee and per-employee fee; payroll is included on Growth and Scale during beta. All plans include US-based email support, while Scale adds priority Slack and phone support.

Platforms

SaaSy supports Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, web, and API access. The desktop app's offline changes are valuable where connectivity is intermittent, while the installable phone web app offers a mobile route without being described as a separate native app.

Who it's for

Contractors, unions, and agencies are the stated audience, and the deal-to-project-to-invoice flow suits teams whose work follows that path. Teams wanting health scoring alongside billing and operational administration may find the consolidation worthwhile. A company seeking only a customer-health tool, or one that needs a free tier or an integration still marked coming soon, has reason to look elsewhere.

Pros and cons

Pro: Deals can flow into delivery projects and invoices, reducing repeated setup across sales, work, and billing.
Pro: Health scoring combines several account signals with automated updates, segments, and risk alerts.
Pro: Offline desktop changes are included on every plan, and paid tiers include support.
Con: There is no free plan, and Starter caps seats, contacts, and monthly AI credits.
Con: Several expected business integrations, including Salesforce and Jira, are still marked coming soon.
Con: The product is in open beta, and payroll processing has a stated after-beta fee.

Alternatives

Customer Health Score Software is a category directory for comparing tools in this area. Choose UserMotion if a free plan and up to 1,000 accounts matter more than SaaSy's wider back-office scope; its free tier includes ICP and intent scoring and real-time signals. Custify is another paid option with a free trial and custom pricing. FirstDistro offers a free plan and a $49.00 USD per month Pro plan with unlimited customer accounts and no per-account overage, making it worth considering when account capacity is the priority. Customer Health Compass offers a free user program with full feature access, priority support, and a say in the roadmap. Exeechain has a free sample-data plan that cannot contact customers. GainTrace offers a free tier with capped companies, contacts, events, connectors, automations, sync frequency, and history. iQcadence is a paid alternative with a free trial and a $49.00 USD per month Starter plan. Retain is another paid alternative with a free trial, including a $79.00 USD per month Pro plan capped at 150 active accounts.

Verdict

Choose SaaSy if you are a contractor, union, or agency that wants customer health, delivery, and billing tied together, and can work within its beta-stage product. Its connected back-office scope is the strongest reason to choose it; the paid entry point, Starter caps, and open-beta status are the clearest reasons to compare alternatives first.
