Isentia is a media intelligence platform that monitors and analyzes print, broadcast, online and social media coverage. It tracks brand mentions across more than 6,000,000 data sources, according to the company, and covers Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Tumblr and Reddit. Users can organize topics, sort and filter coverage, and receive real-time push notifications. Sentiment analysis helps assess coverage, while configurable dashboards let teams select charts and metrics for campaign, crisis, tracking or monthly reports. Dashboards can be turned into interactive branded reports shared by weblink or PDF.
