isolved HCM

isolved HCM, also known as People Cloud, brings HR, payroll, benefits, and talent management into one platform for employee processes from hire to retire. Its modules cover talent acquisition, HR and payroll, benefits, workforce management, talent management, and AI and analytics, with AI-powered automation and insights. Benefits Administration supports plan research, selection, and enrollment and connects with payroll and providers. Listed payroll functions include tax filing, W-2 and 1099 support, direct deposit, reporting, tip management, POS integrations, and multi-state payroll. Employees can access the platform through a preferred web browser or mobile app, with self-service available. A REST API and Integration Marketplace provide ways to connect third-party tools and extensions. People Cloud supports organizations ranging from 50 employees to more than 1,500 employees. It runs on Microsoft Azure security-hardened systems, with data encrypted in transit and at rest; listed controls include MFA, TLS, AES-256 encryption, intrusion detection and prevention, web application firewalls, and annual external vulnerability testing.
