In their own words
iVake Gradebook
iVake Gradebook is part of an education ERP for schools, colleges, and universities. Institutions can configure weighted assessment components and percentage, grade, or grade-point scales by board, programme, or class. As marks are entered, the gradebook calculates totals, grades, SGPA, and CGPA. It can produce report cards, marksheets, and transcripts from marks, attendance, and teacher remarks already recorded. A change history records who changed a mark and the prior value; after marks are locked, changes go through institution-defined approval. Published marks and teacher remarks are accessible to parents and students in the app, with one login per family. The gradebook can also compute course and programme outcome attainment. Listed integrations include DigiLocker, Academic Bank of Credits, Moodle, Google Classroom, Teams, Meet, a REST API, and webhooks. The 30-day trial includes full feature access and requires no credit card. Continued use incurs a one-time ₹10,000 onboarding fee. Published student rates are for institutions in India and are before tax.
