J. J. Keller Encompass ELD provides U.S. and Canadian hours-of-service compliance for fleets required to use electronic logs. The VT100 connects to the mobile app over Bluetooth Low Energy and sends engine and vehicle data even when the driver’s device is offline. The system supports multiple rulesets, threshold alerts, team driving, border crossing, personal conveyance, and yard moves. Integrated electronic driver vehicle inspection reports offer customized criteria, defect-resolution workflows, and smartphone defect photos. Fleet tools include vehicle tracking and engine fault-code monitoring; geofencing and driver behavior tracking are optional. J. J. Keller says its ELD solutions comply with the U.S. ELD mandate and include DOT driver and vehicle compliance records at no additional cost. Drivers can use their own iPhone or Android device, or an Android Compliance Tablet. APIs share employee, driver-log, unit, GPS, performance-event, HOS, and other data. The solution supports vehicle classes 1–8 and workflows for exempt, non-regulated, hyrail, and team drivers. Subscription pricing varies by term and user count; customers must contact sales.
