JobFlowly
JobFlowly is cleaning business management software for solo cleaners, maid services, house cleaning companies, and commercial cleaning operations. It handles one-time and recurring appointments, Airbnb turnovers, and drag-and-drop scheduling, with real-time crew dispatch, route optimization, and GPS tracking. Completed jobs can generate branded invoices, and regular clients can be billed in batches. Payroll exports are formatted for Gusto, QuickBooks Payroll, or Homebase. A mobile web portal lets cleaners check schedules and job details, clock in and out, and upload photos without installing an app. Clients can request a booking through a branded page, but the business must approve it before it becomes a scheduled job. The software also supports timestamped completion photos, maintenance tickets with photos, and property-specific supply checklists for short-term rentals. JobFlowly is available on Android, iOS, and web. Its Free plan includes scheduling, basic invoicing, and the cleaner portal; Pro costs $49 a month. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial.
