In their own words
JOEY
JOEY is a CRM harness for individual car salespeople that works through the dealership CRM already in use. It manages lead outreach and follow-up across calls, texts, and emails, keeping activity in one place. The site says it works with any CRM, with its deepest current support for DriveCentric and Tekion; VinSolutions is being added. JOEY uses the CRM’s existing screens, so replacement or migration is not required. Its current trust status is draft-only: it prepares replies for a person to review and send rather than sending customer messages on its own. The web dashboard and hosted JOEY Virtual Machine are listed as ready; the Chrome extension, mobile apps, CarPlay, and desktop apps are coming soon. The Free plan provides full Pro limits for 14 days, then allows 25 texts, 25 emails, and 20 calls daily. Green Pea is $150.00 per month; Pro is $200.00 per month. Automated outreach requires business identity verification for TCPA compliance, which takes 1–2 business days.
ReplySequence
ReplySequence turns meeting transcripts into sales follow-up email drafts and multi-step sequences. It uses conversation topics, action items, next steps, and a user’s writing style, while every follow-up requires review and approval before sending from the user’s inbox. Sequences can pause after a reply, bounce, or booked meeting. The product extracts next steps and deal signals, including MEDDIC-related risks and pipeline risk flags. Native transcript connections include Fireflies, Granola, and Fathom; other sources can arrive through Zapier, webhooks, pasted text, or API routes. HubSpot and Salesforce can receive CRM updates, and Google Sheets is an export destination. The Free plan costs nothing and includes 10 AI follow-ups per month, unlimited transcripts, due-dated next-step extraction, basic templates, and email support. The pricing page says new Pro and Pro+ subscriptions are paused; Team pricing requires contacting the maker. A 14-day trial is mentioned for paid plans, although current pricing says paid subscriptions are paused. Security details include AES-256-GCM at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and OAuth 2.0 integrations.
