Junip helps ecommerce businesses collect customer product reviews and show them across storefront, search and social channels. Automated review requests and unlimited orders are included on every plan. Mobile-oriented forms support photo and video reviews; websites can display reviews in customizable widgets, media galleries and carousels. Review management tools include analytics, public replies, customer editing, tagging, search and filtering. Listed integrations include Shopify, Klaviyo, Omnisend, Postscript, Drip, Attentive and Shopify Flow. Reviews can be syndicated to Google, Meta Shops, TikTok Shop, Shop App and Bazaarvoice. Junip documents APIs for app integrations, review analysis and replies, webhooks and custom displays. Merchants can import reviews from AliExpress, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart and DHgate, with source availability depending on the plan. Review widgets can appear on product pages, collections, the footer and other store placements, using grid, list, carousel or masonry layouts.
