In their own words
Kappino
Kappino is a restaurant management platform connecting point of sale, ordering, kitchen operations, inventory, staff, delivery, reporting, and multiple branches. Its POS handles dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders, linking checkout with kitchen operations, stock, and reports. A kitchen display system sends orders to kitchen displays and tracks progress through preparation, ready, service, or delivery. Inventory tools track stock and ingredient use, flag low stock, and use AI to support planning and purchasing. The platform also offers a driver app, live delivery tracking, and route optimization, while dispatch automation is manual. Starter is for one location and includes three staff accounts; Growth and Professional support up to three branches. Growth includes AI inventory management and an AI staff shift planner; Professional adds AI sales forecasting, smart item pricing, WordPress and Shopify website integration, and a developer API. Apps are available for Android and iOS, with desktop access for Windows and macOS and web access. Prices start at €99 per month. The company says its core platform and data are hosted in Switzerland and that traffic uses HTTPS/TLS.
