In their own words
KashFlow
KashFlow is cloud accounting software for small businesses, covering bookkeeping, invoicing and payroll. It handles purchases and expenses, mileage tracking, VAT returns, quotes and estimates. Users can customise invoices, send or print them, schedule recurring invoices and reminders, and turn quotes into invoices. Bank feeds bring transactions from multiple accounts into the service for reconciliation and cash-flow visibility. KashFlow says users can connect with HMRC to submit VAT returns online. The product lists web, Android and iOS access, a mobile app, and an accounting API for integrations and automation. Pricing lists Zapier and IRIS Pay among plan features. Starter is £13.50 per month and is limited to 10 invoices, 25 bank transactions, one user and five payroll employees. Business is £27.50 per month, with unlimited invoices and bank transactions and five payroll employees. There is no free plan, but a 14-day trial is available.
