Activate delivers personalized AI coaching and behavioral nudges through Microsoft Teams, Slack, email, and mobile tools used by frontline employees. Develop adapts existing learning content into one-on-one conversations that check comprehension through dialogue. AI agents analyze feedback, identify themes and risks, provide manager-ready insights, and guide learning and behavior change.
