In their own words

Keepface Employee Advocacy

Keepface Employee Advocacy gives marketing teams a way to organize employee sharing of company content and see how that activity performs. Teams can publish ready-to-share posts or register a live post by link, choose employee groups, and send notifications by email, WhatsApp, or Telegram. Employees connect their own LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube accounts to share. The management panel reports by employee, department, and channel, including Earned Media Value per post and comment insights. Configurable scores, leaderboards, badges, levels, and prizes provide participation features, with periods set weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. BambooHR, Personio, and Workday support automatic daily roster sync; other HR systems can use CSV import. The web product has a free plan with 3 active posts and 5 employee seats; paid plans start at $78/mo. Keepface says employee data is not sold and that offboarded records are purged after a configured retention period.

Sociabble

Sociabble is now called the Poppulo Experience Platform. The platform combines employee communications, intranet, advocacy, recognition, AI-powered knowledge and digital signage for desk-based and frontline employees, including workers without corporate email. Its mobile app provides targeted feeds and push notifications, plus likes, comments, topic opt-ins, chats, recognition, rewards and analytics. One-to-one and group chats support up to 1,000 participants, and a semi-offline mode serves areas with limited connectivity. Content can be distributed through Teams, SharePoint, Viva and Outlook, while SharePoint documents can appear in a mobile-first repository. APIs and MCP servers connect third-party tools, with ServiceNow, Workday and Salesforce named as examples. Poppulo says its security framework aligns with ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO/IEC 42001. It also describes TLS 1.2-or-higher encryption in transit, AES 256 at rest, SAML 2.0 SSO, Okta, OpenID Connect and IP whitelisting, depending on product. Pricing is tailored to network size, support, services and hardware. Existing customers retain their contacts and support channels.
