Rillsoft Project
Rillsoft Project supports project planning, scheduling, resource and capacity planning, multi-project planning, and project controlling. Scheduling tools include Gantt charts, task dependencies, automatic scheduling, critical path analysis, and buffer times. A shared resource pool tracks capacity, qualifications, working times, and availability across parallel projects; capacity analysis can flag demand and bottlenecks before specific employees are assigned. Project controlling compares progress, schedules, effort, and costs with reference plans to identify variances. The software imports and exports MS Project data through XML and Excel data through CSV. It is a Windows desktop client that can work with local project files, an on-premise Integration Server, or Rillsoft Cloud. A full-function trial lasts 30 days; afterward, projects can be read but not created or edited. Freeware is limited to private, non-commercial use, while Reader can view but not edit saved projects. Single-user licenses are listed from €357 a month, plus applicable VAT.
