In their own words
Keystone Hub
Keystone Hub is a CRM for higher-education institutions managing student leads, personalized outreach, recruitment, and enrollment. It gathers inquiries from multiple sources into one dashboard, where teams can score and prioritize leads with customized criteria. Automated responses and marketing automation support follow-up, while support for more than 13 languages serves multilingual recruitment. Institutions can use Keystone Hub alone or connect it to an existing CRM. A Keystone profile can publish program start dates, course content, deadlines, images, and videos. Leads can connect to another CRM through Zapier or Make webhooks, using the institution’s own account and a Keystone API key. The onboarding team handles setup, including integrations and automated responses. The service runs on the web and through an API. It has technical and organizational security measures, need-based data access, and supplier data-processing agreements. Bundled use has no extra cost; independent-license pricing is available on request.
