Martialytics

Martialytics is school management software for martial arts organizations, bringing student records, billing, attendance, scheduling, communications, grading, and online study into one service. Student records can include profiles, custom tags, plans, and miscellaneous payments. Billing supports recurring plans, passes, classes and events, with card payments, ACH, and direct debit. Schools can schedule recurring classes and one-off events, set capacity, and let students book through a website or app. Attendance can be recorded in kiosk, admin, or student-app mode, with data export available. QR-code signups gather student details, profile photos, signed waivers, and payment information. A traffic-light grading system marks students as ready, almost ready, or not ready, and supports grading notes and group promotions. Schools can share rank-based video, image, or PDF materials. The service runs on Android, iOS, and web, and lists integrations including Zapier, Stripe, Twilio, GoCardless, and Postmark. Plans start at $69 a month for 0–50 students; there is no free plan, but a 30-day trial is available. The demo page says its eCommerce suite is coming soon.
