Matrify

Matrify is a web application for keeping structured records about action items, assets, customers, products, and other information. Users build tables with fields such as text, dates, numbers, images, video, and comments. Multi-column search, shareable filters, links between records, and validation rules help organize and constrain data. Tables can be shared with team members or friends, with permissions set for what they can do. Matrify imports and exports CSV, stores its database in XML, and provides a RESTful API for reading, writing, deleting, and querying data. It can run as self-hosted server software or in cloud hosting on Amazon AWS, with a dedicated server for each team. Supported platforms include Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, web, and Windows; the maker lists Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Internet Explorer. The free license allows up to 300 records and three users. Paid annual licenses start at $10 a year for 1–10 users; a perpetual license for that group costs $20, paid once.
