Kintone
Kintone is a customizable workplace platform for organizing team data, workflows and conversations. Its no-code drag-and-drop builder creates database applications, while workflows track project or task progress through defined steps. Conversations can be arranged by topic, project or record beside the related work. Kintone supports APIs, third-party integrations and plug-ins; its library lists more than 100 integrations, although some developer-focused connections may require coding. Native iOS and Android apps accompany a mobile-ready web experience, with availability on macOS, Windows and API access. Listed security features include SAML single sign-on, two-factor authentication, IP restrictions and audit logs. Kintone states HIPAA compliance, SOC 2 Type II compliance and ISO/IEC 27001 certification. The Kintone plan costs $24 per user per month, with a five-user minimum of $120 per month. It allows up to 900 apps, 300 spaces, 50,000 records per app, 150 fields per app, 5GB per user and 50,000 API calls per day. A 30-day trial includes all features.
Memento Database
Memento Database is a customizable database app for organizing information and building app-like solutions without coding. Users can create libraries with more than 30 field types, calculated fields, and one-to-one, one-to-many, or many-to-many relationships. Records can appear in List, Table, Cards, Map, or Calendar views, and users can make charts or export to PDF and CSV. Automation uses visual rules or JavaScript, while JavaScript data sources can connect to APIs and web services. Memento also supports Zapier and offers a Cloud API for custom integrations. Web Forms accept browser submissions, with access controlled by public links, passwords, or user restrictions. Memento Cloud supports team synchronization, user groups, and granular permissions. Android and iOS apps work offline and sync changes after reconnecting; desktop apps need internet to use cloud libraries. The free plan is free, billed forever, with 100 MB of cloud storage, three libraries, unlimited entries, and 200 AI credits. Pro is $8 a month; Business is $14 a month per user. SQL queries support SELECT read operations only; INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE are not supported.
