Kiraya Setu
Kiraya Setu is a web platform for Indian landlords managing properties, tenants, rent, and maintenance. Rent can be collected through UPI, NEFT, IMPS, cash, or cheque, with automated WhatsApp reminders sent three days before the due date. The platform generates receipts and can deliver them by email or WhatsApp. Landlords can log maintenance requests, assign priorities, track resolution, and record repair costs. Reports cover rental income, expenses, net profit, and taxable rental income calculations. Listed integrations include Google Pay, PhonePe, other UPI apps, WhatsApp, and email. The maker says data in transit uses TLS 1.3, sensitive stored data uses AES-256, and backups run every six hours with point-in-time recovery and geographically separate storage. A free plan supports up to two tenants. Paid plans start at ₹149 a month, and a 30-day trial is available. UPI and direct bank transfers incur a 1.5% processing fee.
