In their own words
KitaHQ
KitaHQ is an AI recruitment platform for screening and managing candidates across active openings. It combines resume review, candidate pipelines and communication, AI video interviews, evidence-based assessments, and hiring-manager review. Resumes can be uploaded in bulk for parsing and comparison with job requirements. Interviews are available 24/7 in multiple languages and include recordings, transcripts, and reports. Assessments use job-related requirements and produce reports for recruiters. Workflows can automate interview invitations, reminders, follow-ups, and information requests. Listed connected tools include Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Calendar, WhatsApp, email, and messages. KitaHQ says candidate data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and that resumes, video responses, audio, and transcripts are not used to train its or third-party AI models. Recruiters and hiring managers remain responsible for progression and hiring decisions. KitaHQ offers a free trial and paid plans with stated candidate or interview capacities; Enterprise pricing is custom. It does not replace an HRIS, job boards, background checks, credential verification, specialist compliance services, or recruiter judgment.

Pay as you go costs $0.75 / response, billed monthly, with no monthly commitment and no limit on user seats, interviews or responses. Starting Up costs $66.33 / month, billed annually; it includes up to 500 asynchronous responses monthly, then $0.40 per extra response, plus up to 10 intros monthly and then $1 per intro when Intro goes live. Both paid plans include email support for clients and candidates. Enterprise is billed annually at a custom price. Vesume identifies Vesume pvt. ltd. as the service provider.
