Overview

Propwise brings leads, contacts, conversations, listings and deals into a shared workspace. Its CRM covers commissions, tasks, reminders and calendars, with pipeline and Kanban views. That breadth suits agencies that want to manage a lead from intake through follow-up and deal work in one place, rather than relying on a contact list alone.

The product is distinctly oriented to UAE property work. Portal workflows include Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle, while messaging connects WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. This makes Propwise a stronger fit for agencies working across those local channels than for businesses seeking a general-purpose CRM.

Key features

Lead workflows: Lead import, routing and automated follow-up support the practical cycle of capturing enquiries and keeping them moving. Property matching adds a useful bridge between buyer requirements and listings.
Shared CRM: Pipelines and Kanban views sit alongside deal, commission and task management. For teams, the value is having operational work and lead status in the same workspace; the free plan, however, only promises basic pipeline and task tools.
Messaging: A unified inbox brings WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook conversations together with lead context, templates and bulk messaging. That is useful when agency conversations span social and messaging channels, though teams needing agency channel integrations are directed to Pro.
Propilot AI: Propilot answers questions about business and Dubai market data in plain English, supports valuations and prepares actions for review. It is read-only by default; proposed changes require approval unless automatic handling is enabled for that action type. The free plan has limited AI tools, while Pro includes multiple customisable assistants and the individual Propilot plan includes one.
Access and security: Workspace-level access controls, tenant-level data isolation, roles and permissions, session management and audit logs are part of the security approach. The maker describes its practices as aligned with UAE PDPL and GDPR-style privacy principles, with OWASP-inspired security practices.

Pricing

Propwise uses a freemium model, with a 30-day trial also offered. The free Propwise plan provides an organisation workspace, core CRM and lead management, and basic pipeline and task tools. Its limits on market intelligence, off-plan and inventory access, and AI make it a sensible starting point for core lead tracking, not a substitute for the fuller data and automation offer.

Propwise Pro is 333.25 AED per year, billed annually at AED 3,999 per seat; annual billing only. It adds full team CRM and lead management, multiple customisable AI assistants, agency lead sources and channel integrations, automated lead distribution, shared pipelines and team analytics. This is the relevant tier for agencies that need team-wide distribution and oversight, but per-seat annual commitment makes it less suitable for buyers wanting a monthly team subscription.

Propilot costs 249.00 AED per month, billed monthly, with plans beginning after a 30-day free trial. It includes a personal account and workspace, one Propilot assistant, lead and follow-up management, Dubai market insights, and off-plan and inventory search. Individual agents who want these tools without the full team CRM package have a clearer fit here; agencies needing shared pipelines and team analytics should look at Pro instead.

Support is available at admin@propwise.com, with replies within one business day.

Platforms

Propwise runs on web, Android and iOS. The mobile apps suit agents who need access away from a desk, while the web offering serves shared workspace and pipeline work.

Who it's for

Propwise is best suited to UAE agencies and teams that manage leads across property portals and messaging channels and want shared CRM workflows. Individual agents focused on Dubai market insights and inventory search may find Propilot the more direct choice. Developers are another intended audience through the developer portal, though the plans described here focus on agency teams and individual agents.

Pros and cons

Pros

Connected lead-to-deal workflow: CRM, follow-up, matching, tasks and deal management cover more than contact storage.
Local channel fit: Portal workflows for Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle pair with WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook messaging.
Distinct team and individual options: Pro targets shared distribution and analytics, while Propilot offers individual access to Dubai insights and inventory search.
Approval-conscious AI: Propilot is read-only by default, with approval for proposed changes unless automatic handling is enabled.

Cons

Free access is constrained: Market intelligence, off-plan and inventory access, and AI tools are limited, reducing the free tier's usefulness for data-led work.
Pro requires annual commitment: At AED 3,999 per seat, billed annually, it is a substantial commitment for teams that need the shared features.
The individual and team offers differ: Propilot provides a personal workspace and one assistant, while shared pipelines, team analytics and automated distribution sit in Pro.

Alternatives

For a broader comparison, see Real Estate CRM Software.

REALM is worth considering when an agent wants an intelligence layer and daily briefing over the CRM, portals and inboxes already in use; EVE X costs 49.00 USD per month per seat.
LeadPixie offers a free plan for teams up to 10 users, making it a possible alternative for teams prioritising a no-cost starting point.
Sell.Do is another real estate software option, with custom pricing based on team size, modules, AI usage and communication volumes and a five-user minimum.
Realatic has a free plan for up to three users, 100 leads per month and one project, which may suit a small team testing a tightly capped free tier.
Magellan CRM is an alternative with month-to-month pricing and a four-agent minimum.
Follow Up Boss may suit buyers looking for lead-source and website connections, lead distribution, Smart Lists and Action Plans; its Grow plan is 69.00 USD per month.
Makanify is another paid option, with its Builder plan billed annually at 1000.00 INR per month.
Propertybase may appeal to teams seeking a Salesforce-powered real estate CRM; its Salesforce Edition starts at 89.00 USD per month per user.

Verdict

Choose Propwise if your UAE agency needs lead management, messaging and property-market workflows in one workspace, especially when shared distribution and analytics matter. Individual agents focused on Dubai insights can choose Propilot instead. Look elsewhere if your team cannot commit to annual per-seat Pro billing or needs broad market and inventory access without the free plan's restrictions.
