Knowlarity Cloud Contact Center is a hosted service for tracking, monitoring, and analyzing calls in real time. It supports inbound and outbound handling, with recording, queues, mute and hold controls, warm transfers, callbacks, voicemail, and IVR. Skill-based routing directs calls by agent skills, while Sticky Agent sends repeat callers to the agent they last spoke with. Knowlarity says the cloud platform can respond to an unlimited number of concurrent inbound and outbound calls and requires no additional infrastructure. It can connect with existing CRM software. Its Zoho connections include access to call recordings and lead creation from calls; Zoho Desk can create tickets and contacts, and Zoho Recruit can track call-based prospect performance.
