Koa Care 360
Koa Care 360 is an employer-focused mental health platform covering prevention, self-care, and clinical treatment. Employees complete a quick assessment and receive personalized recommendations based on clinician-designed care mapping. Options range from evidence-based self-treatment resources to therapist-led clinical care and teletherapy. Self-care and prevention content is available 24/7. Employers can use the platform as a central entry point to existing benefits and connect workers with other resources. Population-level analytics provide aggregate insights, and integrations can connect existing health and wellbeing services, including health plans. Koa Health stated that the service was offered in 83 countries and eight languages in its launch announcement. Mobile apps are available through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Koa Health says customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest in dedicated AWS environments, with a security framework following GDPR and HIPAA. Pricing is on request. Koa Health also notes that its iCT-PTSD treatment has not been reviewed or cleared by the FDA, while iCT-SAD has not been reviewed by the FDA.
