It works with Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, ArcGIS, and Stata, with direct integrations for TolaData and monday.com. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using SHA-256 with RSA, alongside project-level key encryption. The platform also offers SSO and GDPR compliance. Data hosting is available in 28 countries or on a customer’s own infrastructure. The Community plan is free for nonprofits and includes 5,000 submissions per month and 1 GB of storage. Qualaroo gathers customer insights and contextual feedback through in-app surveys called Nudges. Teams can use it to study website and app experiences, collect product feedback, investigate conversion issues and look for ways to improve user experience. Nudges support targeting, branching logic, triggers, branding, more than 10 question types and surveys in 100+ languages. Heatmaps and session recordings show clicks, scrolling and drop-off behavior alongside feedback. For free-text responses, Qualaroo lists IBM Watson sentiment analysis, word clouds and reporting tools. Its iOS and Android SDKs support in-app feedback, and integrations include Salesforce, Tableau, Intercom, Zapier, Slack, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics and webhooks. A free plan includes 50 responses, 500 email sends and 10k pageviews; Essentials costs $39.99 a month. The 14-day trial includes Essentials and Premium features, but CSV response downloads and branding suppression require a paid plan.
