It brings collections, payments, cash application, disputes, credit risk management, and cash flow forecasting into a cloud-based workspace. The platform gathers invoice data, customer communications, and payment history, then automates reminders, follow-ups, and escalations. Customizable AI agents can handle those tasks, match payments, and post them; teams can review, change, or override the agents’ actions. Kolleno also analyzes customer payment behavior and displays predicted payment dates. It offers over 1,000 integrations across ERP, CRM, banks, and mailboxes, plus an open API. Named integrations include Xero, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Clio, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, SAP, Oracle, and Fusion. Access is through a computer and internet connection, without installing apps. There is no free plan, but a free trial is available.
