In their own words
Kore.ai
Kore.ai builds and governs AI agents and workflows for enterprise use. Agent Studio supports visual and code-based authoring of agents, workflows, and tools in one workspace. Its Arch feature can turn a plain-language intent into a proposed system with agents, workflows, tools, policies, and handoffs. Agent Blueprint Language provides structured definitions for agent behavior, tools, guardrails, orchestration, and handoffs, with policies enforced outside the language model. The platform automates multi-step work across agents, people, tools, and systems, with configurable autonomy and oversight. Agents can be deployed across voice, web, Slack, Teams, mobile, and other channels. Tracing covers agent runs across reasoning, tools, guardrails, handoffs, and outcomes; evaluation supports testing quality, safety, and accuracy before and after deployment. The marketplace lists more than 300 integrations, including Microsoft A365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, and GitHub. Deployment options include public-cloud multi-tenant SaaS, on-premises, and private-cloud dedicated VPC. The platform is presented for Global 2000 enterprises and sectors including banking, healthcare, insurance, retail, and global service operations.
Wordware
Wordware’s current product, Sauna, is an AI teammate that uses team context to suggest or carry out work. It connects emails, documents, Slack messages, and files, and can be configured to propose actions for approval or execute tasks autonomously. Approval is on by default; autonomous handling must be enabled for a particular routine. Sauna says it connects to over 3,000 tools and apps, supports custom MCP connectors, and works through its web and iOS apps as well as iMessage, Slack, Gmail, and Superhuman. The maker says no technical knowledge is required and most people are up and running in under 10 minutes. Sauna says user data is not used to train models and personal context is private by default. It states SOC 2 Type II compliance and TLS 1.2+ in transit with AES-256 or equivalent encryption at rest. A free plan is listed at $0/month with 100 credits per day, or 200 with a verified card on file. Paid plans are Lite at $29 a month, Basic at $99 a month, Pro at $299 a month, and Team at $999 a month. Earlier Wordware V1 documentation describes a prompt editor with logic and flow nodes; free-account prompts are public by default.
