In their own words

Korn Ferry Assess

Korn Ferry Assess helps organisations evaluate workforce capability and future potential against business strategy. Talent Suite uses Success Profiles to set out the skills, behaviours, and mindsets associated with roles. Teams can launch, track, and manage assessments from candidate selection through employee development, compare internal and external candidates with role criteria, and access reports and insights centrally. The platform can help identify people ready to lead now or later, as well as role-related skill gaps for personal development. Korn Ferry says its assessment data and analytics inform workforce planning, hiring, and leadership effectiveness. In Talent Suite, Learning Lab connects individual assessment results to curated learning journeys and AI-coached roleplays with real-time feedback. The product integrates with Workday through APIs and JSON-based inbound and outbound communications, with configurable data mapping, security roles, auditing capabilities, and standard reports. Korn Ferry states it holds BSI certifications for ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and ISO 27018. Pricing is on request. Participants need an active internet connection and a supported desktop browser; technical support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week except company holidays.
