Zoho Voice
Zoho Voice is online telephony software for buying phone numbers and making or receiving local and international business calls through Zoho's cloud PBX. It supports inbound and outbound calling, local and toll-free numbers, forwarding, transfers, and direct extension dialing. Contact center tools include multi-level IVR, queues, live monitoring, and listening, whispering, and barging. The service also offers WhatsApp and Telegram messaging; two-way SMS is available for US, Canada, and Australia numbers. Call Intelligence can transcribe recorded calls and summarize intent, sentiment, customer satisfaction, and agent scores. Integrations include Zoho CRM, Desk, Recruit, Bigin, and ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Cloud, with Deluge available to connect other apps. Zoho Voice has a free plan and a 15-day free trial without a credit card. Paid plans start at $34/user/mo (annual). It runs on web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. Zoho Voice is a separate subscription, not included in a Zoho One license. The maker was founded in 1996.
