Kyruus Connect
Kyruus Connect brings fragmented provider information into a central source for healthcare organizations. Its provider directory lets patients filter by availability, insurance type, specialty, location, and other personal parameters, while profiles may include photos, videos, and care philosophies. The platform automates tasks and workflows and supplies provider data for reporting, analysis, directories, and internal tools. Kyruus presents these capabilities for health systems and health plans. Organizations using Epic can use described options such as single sign-on, Kyruus Search embedded in MyChart, and Epic-integrated provider search and online scheduling. Listed EHRs and integrations also include Oracle Health, MEDITECH, and athenahealth. APIs use centralized provider data for patient engagement, scheduling, and business intelligence tools. Kyruus Connect is available through web and API. Kyruus Health lists HIPAA and SOC 2 Type 2 certifications, and directs current customers to separate help centers. Pricing is on request, with a demo request offered.
WebMD Physician Directory
WebMD Physician Directory helps patients find healthcare practitioners through profiles searchable by location, specialty, condition, and procedure. Its homepage states that the directory includes profiles for more than 3 million physicians and more than 8 million physician ratings and reviews. Patients can book appointments online, including through Video Visit and Chat Now options, and find hospitals by specialty, hospitals, and group practices. The directory is available on the web and in the WebMD app for iOS and Android; the app can find nearby providers or search by city, state, or ZIP code.
Practitioners and medical practices can submit or claim listings. A free Basic Profile on WebMD and Vitals.com can display accepted insurance, degrees and certifications, conditions treated, and other information. Paid Featured Profiles add options such as a practice website, telemedicine details, appointment requests, photos, video, and a customizable booking widget. They also provide review tools, local visibility options, call tracking analytics, monthly reporting, and an account manager. The Basic Profile costs nothing.
