It handles online bookings with confirmations and reminders through WhatsApp and email. Checkout accepts cards, e-wallets, QR payments and cash, and supports redeeming packages and memberships. It supports multi-branch and franchise operations with central reporting, inventory synchronisation, unified customer profiles and staff comparisons. Checkout includes Malaysia's LHDN MyInvois and Singapore's IRAS InvoiceNow; local tax and invoicing are configured for other countries. The company says data is SSL-encrypted, hosted on AWS, regularly backed up and controlled through role-based staff access. Platforms listed are Android, iOS, macOS, web and Windows.
