Lano Contractor Management
Lano Contractor Management is a web-based workforce platform for companies hiring and managing international contractors. Its standard offer includes a talent pool, applicant tracking, task management, compliance, invoice management, and global payments. Lano states that it supports contractor operations in more than 170 countries and 28 currencies, with localized contracts intended to help companies address local laws. Contractors receive a free invoicing tool and a digital wallet for multi-currency payments; Lano says contractors use the platform at no charge and corporate clients pay the fees. Three compliance sendings and three invoices are available free before Control and Intelligence modules require an upgrade. Integrations include accounting, HR, signing, and other tools, but access requires booking the Intelligence module. Lano API access is in closed beta for selected customers. Lano states it has SOC 2 Type II certification and is GDPR compliant, with AES-256 encrypted S3 storage and TLS 1.2 encryption in transit and at rest. Contractor Management costs €19 per month, with volume discounts available.
Mauve Group
Mauve Group provides Employer of Record, global payroll, HR consultancy, and business expansion services for organisations managing workers across borders. Its EOR service hires workers on a client’s behalf and covers onboarding, payroll, taxes, employment requirements, benefits, and compliance. Mauve says its network supports hiring in more than 150 countries, with its own legal entities in around 80 locations. Global payroll includes local setup and registration, salary calculations, compensation and benefits remittance, reporting, and ongoing payroll management; approved payroll funds are transferred within 1–2 days, according to Mauve. Mauve Insight is a web platform for workforce administration, with country-specific onboarding forms, worker records, payslip and document access, holiday approvals, timesheets, expense approvals, attendance tracking, immigration updates, invoice summaries, and notifications. Its calculator estimates gross pay, employer contributions, and Mauve fees from a local monthly salary. Workers and clients can use the portal to contact Client Services. Pricing is on request; EOR charges include a one-off setup fee and a monthly salary-based margin. Mauve says it holds ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications.
