In their own words
Miranda
Miranda is a paid web platform that uses voice AI for law-firm intake and qualification. It answers calls, applies firm-configured triage, drafts documents, and can book or transfer calls. Intake features include adaptive playbooks, statute-of-limitations calculations, conflict screening, jurisdiction checks, and attorney handoffs. During calls, it can draft engagement letters, preservation letters, and HIPAA forms. Firms can also use it to call referral lists, dormant leads, and web-form submissions; multilingual outbound is described in Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese, and more. The shared workspace includes an inbox, matter pipeline, documents, tasks, a knowledge base, and an audit trail, and the product names integrations including Clio, Filevine, Litify, MyCase, Salesforce, and DocuSign. Miranda says customer data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3, and is not used to train third-party models. Its formal SOC 2 Type II audit is not complete. Fees include a monthly platform fee and per-call charge; calls under 30 seconds are not billable. Pricing is available on request.
