Built inside Salesforce, it uses CRM data and routing rules to match prospects with representatives. BookIt for Forms adds no-code scheduling to webforms, chatbots, events, and AI SDR workflows, with listed connections including Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Eloqua, Qualified, and Drift. BookIt Handoff creates meetings from Salesforce Lead, Contact, Account, Opportunity, and Case records while applying SLA, availability, and capacity rules. BookIt Links provides pooled availability, customizable meeting types, invitations, and reminders. Representatives can show times from Office 365 or Google Calendars. APIs can let AI agents check availability, apply routing rules, and confirm meetings; the BookIt MCP is marked beta. Pricing is on request, and setup and onboarding are billed separately. Implementation is not designed for self-service.
