In their own words
Legion Workforce Management
Legion Workforce Management uses AI and automation to help businesses manage workforce operations and employee engagement. Its platform includes Platform Services, Labor Planning, Schedule Optimization, Time and Attendance Management, and an Employee Engagement Suite. Forecasting uses historical data, weather, and local events to estimate demand across locations. Scheduling accounts for demand, budgets, labor rules, employee availability, and preferences. Time and Attendance supports schedule-matched punches, automated timecard approvals, and payroll close workflows. Employees can use the mobile app to swap shifts, view open shifts, set availability and schedule preferences, and request time off. Legion says its platform integrates with HCM vendors such as SAP and Workday, along with task management providers and POS systems. It serves industries including retail, restaurants, facilities management, grocery, healthcare, hospitality, and health and fitness, and describes its scheduling product for large, multi-location organizations operating across countries, languages, and local labor laws. Legion is available on web, iOS, and Android. Pricing is available on request; the product site invites prospective customers to schedule a demo.
Pricefx Quoting
Pricefx Quoting is a cloud CPQ capability for sales, pricing, and finance teams creating custom quotes. It calculates deal pricing with discounts, rebates, freight charges, and other factors, then shows list price, discounts, costs, resulting margin, and floor, target, and stretch guidance before a quote is sent. Rules can route configured quotes for approval according to discount levels, deal size, or margin thresholds. After a deal closes, quote data can flow into ERP systems as price conditions for sales-order creation. Pricefx says the capability can run standalone and handle large deal volumes, configurable quote types, multi-step approvals, and complex scenarios across business units, regions, and channels. Documented integrations include SAP, Salesforce, SAP Cloud for Customer, Snowflake, OData, and REST APIs. Salesforce access is available through Unity, with other listed CRM options including Microsoft Dynamics and SugarCRM. It runs through web and API access, with cloud deployment. Pricing is on request; subscription fees are volume-based and professional services are separate.
