In their own words

LexiDots

LexiDots is a cloud, web-based IP portfolio and docketing platform for law firms, corporate legal teams, and in-house IP departments. It manages trademark, patent, and domain portfolios, including filing activity, prosecution deadlines, renewals, and patent and trademark tracking. Deadline calculations can trigger reminders 180, 90, 30, and 7 days before a due date. Teams can schedule portfolio digests, renewal-pipeline summaries, and client-status reports by email. The platform also generates invoices and tracks expenses against IP assets, with coverage stated at more than 180 jurisdictions. Onboarding maps and validates Excel or CSV data for import, with guided training and priority support; the site says most teams go live within a week. LexiDots runs on Microsoft Azure in East US, with other regions available on request for some enterprise customers. Security details include encryption, access controls, audit logs, and stated GDPR and SOC 2 Type II infrastructure.
