In their own words

LibrePlan

LibrePlan is a free, open-source web application for planning, monitoring and controlling projects. Its planning tools include hierarchical work breakdown structures, Gantt charts, task dependencies, scheduling constraints and project templates. Teams can plan human and machine resources, set calendars and skills, and allocate resources manually or by criteria. Workers can record time and expenses, while teams track task progress through multiple measurement units and progress indicators. For wider monitoring, LibrePlan provides company-wide project status, resource-load views, earned-value indicators, budget and cost controls, and reports. Web services import and export resources, calendars and project WBS data; separate installations can interoperate for subcontracting. The application supports database authentication by default and LDAP authentication with role mapping. Community Edition is self-hosted and has no licensing fee; Enterprise Edition is a commercial subscription available hosted or on-premise, with guaranteed support and SLA agreements. The download page describes a Docker image and a WAR file for Tomcat, and says Windows installation packages are not currently available. LibrePlan began in Galicia, Spain, in 2009.
